Responsible Lending

We are extremely committed to responsible lending which is really just common sense. We will make sure that you have all the information you need in order to make an informed decision about your loan and we will only lend to people who can afford to make the repayments. We use Open Banking to verify your income and expenditure for our affordability assessment.

Financial Difficulty

We understand circumstances change and would never ask you to pay anything you couldn't afford. If you get into trouble with repayments we want to help. Any genuine problems that arise will be dealt with sympathetically and we will try get you back on track as soon as we can. We will always treat you the way we would like to be treated ourselves.
